An improperly selected anchor can quickly erode under wet and damp conditions. But not the Simpson Strong-Tie Stainless Steel Titen HD Heavy Duty THD50600H4SS 1/2” x 6”! Look to the patented 304 series stainless steel mechanical anchor for your external concrete and masonry jobs. Not only is the Titen HD stainless steel THD50600H4SS corrosion resistant in multiple environments, but its serrated threads undercut the concrete giving it additional holding power.

Type 300 series stainless steel screw anchors have different corrosion resistant properties for different environments. While Type 316 is the optimal choice for applications in corrosive environments such as salt water, or when chemical solutions are present, type 304 is a cost effective solution for less extreme, damp, moist or wet applications. Efficient installation is achieved with a 1/2” drill bit and driver. 20 screw anchors come in a box. Tested per ACI355.2, AC193 and AC106. Meets codes IAPMO UES ER-493 for concrete and ICC-ES-ESR-1056 for masonry.

Compatible Tools: Standard-sized ANSI Tolerance Drill Bit with Impact Wrench or Hand Tool (Universal)
