The Simpson Strong-Tie PDPAT Powder-Driven Top-Hat Pin PDPAT-100 0.157” x 1” is the fastener installers like for direct fastening applications. This powder-driven pin is made to fasten building materials to concrete, steel, and CMU. Engineered for a strong hold, the PDPAT consists of a 0.300"-diameter head with a 0.157"-diameter shank. Its steel top-hat assembly ensures fast loading and centering of the pin in the nosepiece of the tool. Ideal for cold-formed steel construction common applications include steel curtain walls, concrete floor slab, ceiling track, masonry veneer ledger, and drywall track.

The PDPAT is highly compatible as it pairs with Simpson Strong-Tie powder-actuated tool systems as well as other general purpose tools.
